Once again, this is part of the lately published morning person series. Better late than never!
Today I slept in a little bit (hey, I had a snuggly husband, who can blame me?!) and then we got up and worked out together.
I won’t lie, this has gotten progressively harder and I feel like everything is stacked against me. I fully expect to get back on track tomorrow, at least with getting up early (6:30am). Being Christmas, I probably won’t workout since we’re hosting brunch but I’m still planning to roll out of bed nice and early.
I’ll report back with day 6 after the holidays.
This is a short post as we’ve got lots of last minute things to take care of but largely the same as the past few days. I’ll be sharing a full recap of my takeaways in a few weeks.
